N° 5 – Sentiero dei grandi orizzonti

The trail begins at the Tourist Office, following Via Roma to the Chapel of Santa Brigida. After passing the chapel, turn left onto the path and then onto a local road, continuing uphill for about 600 meters until you reach Bricco del Dente. From here, the view opens up in every direction — a true bird’s-eye panorama.
Descend to the right along a dirt road winding through vineyards and shaded woods, rich in native plant and animal species, within a deeply scenic and captivating natural setting.
The route reaches the Chapel of Saint Anthony, located at the edge of the Berri hamlet atop the hill. From there, descend to the right along a short paved stretch, then turn left to enjoy a sweeping view over the Tanaro Valley, with the town of Cherasco in the foreground and, beyond it, a breathtaking mountain backdrop dominated by the perfect silhouette of Monviso.
Continue through meadows, vineyards, and orchards before climbing again along a gravel road. Upon reaching the paved road, turn left onto Via Fornace, following it toward the entrance of the village. Finally, turn left again into Via Roma, heading back toward La Morra’s historic center.
