N° 1 – Sentiero del Laghetto

Starting from the Tourist Office, head down Via XX Settembre, turn right onto Via Garibaldi, and cross over to reach Via Roma. Turn left and continue along Via Roma for about 150 meters until you see the first trail marker on the right, pointing toward the small lake (Laghetto). Follow the unpaved tree-lined road.
Walk around the lake (an early 20th-century artificial basin) on the left side, then continue uphill toward the woods. When you reach the “Fontana dei Boschi,” turn right and climb for about 150 meters. Once you reach the paved road on Via Fornace, turn left and continue downhill along Via Fontane until you arrive at the small church of Santa Brigida (featuring 15th-century frescoes).
At the intersection with Via Roma, turn left and walk back toward the village. Turn right onto Via Vassali and continue until you reach Via Marconi at the foot of the medieval bastions. Turn right again onto Via Marconi and climb along the bastions on the left until you reach Piazza Castello.
