Azienda Aurelio Settimo

Since 1962, the estate has remained faithful to tradition working exclusively with estate-grown grapes and family passion.

Aurelio Settimo produces only red D.O.C. and D.O.C.G. wines from its own vineyards, following traditional methods such as long macerations and aging in oak barrels. The annual production is about 40,000 bottles, including Barolo D.O.C.G., Barolo Rocche dell’Annunziata, Dolcetto d’Alba, and Langhe Nebbiolo.

Today, the winery is managed by Tiziana Settimo and her son Davide, continuing the family legacy. Visits to the cellar are available by appointment only. The wines are consistently recognized and praised by critics for their authenticity and quality.
