Ghëddo Viticoltori
A small and young winery founded by two friends, Giovanni and Mattia, united by a shared passion for wine.
Their work is guided by three simple principles: respect the vineyard ecosystem, make good wine, and have fun doing it.
The vineyards, covering about three hectares, are located in La Morra, with additional plots in Roddino, the Roero area, and near Tortona. The wines faithfully reflect each vintage, thanks to meticulous vineyard work and great attention to cleanliness in the cellar, a precision that also shines through in the glass: pure, expressive, and aromatic wines.
The winery itself is located in Bussia, Monforte d’Alba, while the tasting point “Al Ciabòt” sits in the middle of the estate’s Rocchettevino vineyard in La Morra. Visitors can book tours for small or large groups: walking along the gravel paths, you can observe the growth stage of the vines, the training system, and pruning methods. Tastings are then held inside the Ciabòt or outdoors under a charming pergola overlooking the vineyards.
Opening Hours
The tasting point “Al Ciabòt” is located at Via Alba 23, La Morra, and is open to the public every weekend from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Weekday visits are available by appointment only.
