The Spirito Agricolo Ballarin estate is rooted in the long history of Cascina Ballarin, founded in 1928.

Located in La Morra, in the heart of the Langhe, Spirito Agricolo di Viberti Giovanni Arturo covers about 7 hectares, 5 of which are planted with vineyards, and carries on a family winemaking tradition dating back nearly a century. Since 2022, the estate has been independently managed by Gianni and Giorgio Ballarin, with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability: it has been organically certified since 2022 and Demeter biodynamic certified since 2023.

Production includes red and white wines, Nebbiolo and Barolo grappa, as well as fruit brandies made from grapes, apples, and pears. A composting system returns the distillation residues to the land, closing the production cycle in harmony with nature. The winery, housed in a 19th-century building, follows traditional winemaking and aging methods, aiming to highlight the authentic expression of the Langhe terroir.
